In our house, you will immediately breathe in the air of history that inhabits it. A history of emigration, marriages, children, hardship, and rebirth, which began in the early 1900s with our great-grandparents Antonio and Maria.
Antonio and Maria Fedrigoni sought their fortune in America. The money they earned from emigration was entrusted to the Podestà of Rumo, who registered it in his name. Faced with this injustice, in 1908 the Fedrigonis opened a tavern in direct competition with the Podestà's business.
Passed down from father to son, the tavern grew. Leopoldo and Ester ran the business with dedication for four decades, consolidating Cavallino's reputation as a benchmark for hospitality in Val di Non.
Enrico and Marta, the founders' grandchildren, transformed the tavern into a proper hotel. They brought modern comforts and professionalism, without losing the family spirit that has always distinguished the Cavallino.
Enrico and Marta's foresight led to the purchaseof the Hotel Margherita, originally owned by the Podestà. A revenge that took 85 years. Today it is run by their son Andrea with his wife Marta and their son Luca.
Enrico and Marta handed Cavallino over to the future: to Elisabetta and her husband Fabrizio, who renovated it and reopened it in 2007 with an innovative vision of authentic alpine wellness.
Major expansion with the creation of the Bianca Oasi Beauty Farm: treatment area, salt cave, games room, and TV room. Cavallino becomes a benchmark for wellness in Val di Non.

Animals are allowed in the room, common areas, and restaurant. They are not allowed in the spa or garden.

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with immediate access to the Bianca Oasi Spa. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please let us know. We ask that you provide your arrival time by the day before.
EARLY CHECK-IN: You may check in early, starting at 10:00 a.m., for an additional fee of €15.00 per person (the room will be available starting at 2:00 p.m.).
We ask that you check out by 11:00 a.m. Depending on availability, you may check out later in the afternoon for an additional fee of €50 per room and €80 per suite; this does not include access to the spa on the day of departure.

In your room, you’ll find a spa kit that includes a bathrobe and a wellness bag with towels for the sauna and pool. We recommend bringing your own slippers to avoid unhygienic exchanges of slippers at the spa and to reduce plastic waste, in accordance with current regulations.
Towels are changed daily; the bathrobe is changed every 3 nights. Slippers are not provided by default to reduce waste: they are available upon request at the front desk. We recommend bringing your own from home.
Each room is equipped with a minibar, a kettle with herbal teas, a Smart TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi, a safe, and a telephone.

Absolutely. Our chef creates special menus with fresh pasta, bread, desserts, and cakes prepared daily. Please let us know before your arrival.
Below the hotel, there is a large, free outdoor parking lot and a covered garage available by reservation for €10 per night (included for guests staying in the Experience Suite). The small square in front of the hotel is reserved for loading and unloading luggage.
The treatment area (massages, beauty treatments, salt cave) is open from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and upon request, also from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. All treatments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance; we recommend doing so before your arrival. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a charge for the treatment.
Indoor/outdoor pool and infinity pool: 9:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
Wellness area (saunas, relaxation area): 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.
The sauna area is open to guests ages 16 and older. You may enter without a swimsuit: in the sauna, you may keep your towel on and use a bath towel under your feet; in the steam room, you must enter without a swimsuit or towel, using only the disposable towel provided outside the cabin. Upon request, you can reserve the pool or the entire wellness area for your exclusive use.
External guests can also access the spa with Day Spa packages.
Children staying at the hotel, accompanied by an adult, may use the indoor pool from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (but not the sauna area) and may remain in the outdoor pool/garden until closing time. Non-hotel guests with children may use the pool from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p. m.
Yes, your four-legged friends are welcome with access to rooms, the bar/lobby, and restaurant. They are not allowed in the Wellness Center or garden. There is a €20 supplement per night.
